Sian Earl Today I saw Harveen and all I can say is 10/10 with her service, advice on my brows, and shaping, she’s so lovely to speak to makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Normally when I’ve had my eyebrows done my eyes water loads and sting but I didn’t with her she was so gentle and took her time to make sure I was leaving happy with my brows so 10/10 for her will be returning !❤️

Shannon Would not recommend to anyone! First time going here for festive and holiday nails! I called up to confirm treatments as this was the first time I visited the salon. I booked in for a take off and a fresh set. I understand that the end of December is a busy period for all but that does not allow disrespect and rudeness for a paid service. The blonde lady doing my nails was very rude and started taking off my nails which I thought was Biab gel but she said it was hard gel. After filing 3 nails, she explained if she continued they might lift and rudely said do you want me to carry on or not. Well 3 nails in I guess so lol. Regardless service was trash and the nails were even worse. I asked to cut some of the length off and square shape - she didn’t cut the length down and left them bubbly and misshaped. I asked for cat eye and it was just glittery. It looked as if I have 10 press on nails on one finger. I was charged £57 for terrible nails which were half done. When I left I messaged the instagram account to explain and was left waiting 24 hours for a response. The next day I called and asked how they could rectify and they offered a partial refund and to come in the new year for a new set. I refused and asked for a full refund and they sent which I appreciated. Spend your money elsewhere, will NOT be going back!

Fia Fernandes I visited this beauty salon today and had my service done by Jyoti, and I have to say it was the best experience I’ve had so far. I’ve been to many salons before, but none compare to this one. Jyoti was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. The quality of her work was amazing, and I left feeling very satisfied. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Jyoti to anyone looking for great service.

Ritika Arora I absolutely love my new hair color! The brown highlights are perfect and give such a natural, beautiful shine. The stylist did an amazing job and really took the time to make sure I was happy with the result. I’m so pleased with how it turned out and will definitely be returning for future appointments.
