S Rahman I came here today for the first time, after having issues getting in when it first opened. This is the replacement of the closure of PureGym Shorditch. It’s not as big as the shorditch branch (shorditch was two floors) but it’s bigger than it looks in the pictures taken of the gym. It’s very spacious and very well kept. All the weights were where they were supposed to be, and the changing room was very clean too. The studio looks amazing too. My membership covers me to use any branch, so I tend to use different gyms at different times (I choose to go quiet moments as you get a better workout in a shorter amount of time), but this gym seemed to be just perfect for me. The worst part of going to the gym for me is waiting for an apparatus. I’m glad this branch opened… it’s closer to home for me too, so it’s a win win for me!

Marco Busato Duffy Boxing is amazing. Classes are excellent! They are demanding and intense but just in the right measure for both beginners and more experienced boxers alike. Facilities are great and the vibes are too. Duffy is very friendly and he creates a great atmosphere in his classes. You feel at ease upon arrival but it doesnt last too long as hell get you sweating and punching in no time. Highly recommended!

Caroline Star This gym is amazing! Female run, very welcoming and always easy to get on equipment and have space for a workout. The machines and equipment are strength focussed. As an older women I am delighted with my progress, thanks to the help Ive had from the training team.

Catrin Trudgill East of Eden is a fantastic studio - I originally started coming here for spin but have been able to try a whole range of classes and enjoyed all of them. The instructors and front of desk staff are always friendly and welcoming. In the future, I’d love to see more themed spin classes and bigger changing areas, but those are minor points. Their recent LGBTQ fundraiser exemplified how much they care about serving community and I look forward to watching them grow!
