Max Swanson Brockwell lido is so good. The pool is fresh and nice, sometimes the ducks come swimming. The gym is ok, however a lot of the equipment is broken so that’s why it gets 3 stars.

I started with Level 1 Tower Pilates and have since moved up to Level 2, which is such a testament to how supported and encouraged I’ve felt throughout my journey. Shanice is absolutely amazing — she guides you so clearly, pushes you just the right amount, and creates such a warm, motivating atmosphere. Every trainer I’ve met here is highly skilled and genuinely invested in helping you progress. I’ve tried a few different classes, and each one has been fantastic. Angela I have been training with Harjeet for nearly 2 years now and I absolutely love it !!! The workouts are fresh, fun and rewarding. The studio and equipment are excellent. Harjeet varies the sessions and provides a customised/tailor made approach to my workout sessions each week. She also provides information and tips on eating and calories which I have found really useful. I have recommended Harjeet to family who have had and continue to have fantastic sessions with her.
