Emiliya Sim I started training with a personal trainer in 2013 and have worked with two different PTs over the past 11 years. My initial goal was to lose weight, get into a regular exercise routine, build strength, and maintain my fitness levels over time.
Since October 2024, I’ve been training with Chris at Fiit Studio, and he has completely transformed both my body and my understanding of what it means to be fit and strong—especially as you get older. While weight loss was not my main objective, I’ve not only slimmed down but also become noticeably more toned, much stronger, and far more mindful about my nutrition.
Training with Chris requires discipline, consistency, and commitment, but his guidance makes the journey both effective and rewarding. He has an exceptional ability to design the right programme at the right time, knowing exactly when and how to increase weights to push me further without risk. His deep knowledge of nutrition, combined with his firm but encouraging coaching style (sometimes like a headmaster!), has helped me make lasting improvements to my lifestyle. His constant reminders about the benefits of movement and walking really do pay off.
Most recently, I successfully climbed a mountain of almost 4,000 metres—an achievement I can confidently say would not have been possible without the strength and endurance I built under Chris’s training, particularly in my core and legs.
I cannot recommend Chris highly enough as a personal trainer. He is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping his clients achieve their goals and sustain long-term health.
