5 /5 amena zaman: I went to DH Kettlebell in 2022. I was worried about becoming weaker as I aged and living with menopausal symptoms made me seek strength work that was going to make a difference. DH introduced me to kettlebells and I have been lifting since. DH is a brilliant coach and his knowledge is exceptional. He is adaptable and works with your needs. He has a kind and friendly disposition. Working with kettlebells has increased my strength in a way I never anticipated. The Tuesday classes are really enjoyable and DH always brings creativity, fun and productive hard work to each class. I fully recommend DH kettlebell if you looking to build strength and improve your overall health and wellbeing.

5 /5 Helen Dowd: Ive been training at Dieters group sessions for about 18 months. I was already using kettlebells at home but I wanted to be more consistent with training, get stronger and gain confidence with some of the more technical movements. The classes have provided all of this, as well as the opportunity to train with a lovely and supportive community of people. The classes are well-structured and Dieter is a knowledgeable and really motivating coach - with his coaching and encouragement I’ve regularly achieved more than I thought I could. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Tristan Bradley: I started the class about 8 months ago as I needed to get in better shape and wanted a versatile form of exercise that worked out everything. Dieter is a great coach who knows his stuff, and has helped me keep going even through injury (not obtained from the class, to be clear). He fosters a really positive energy with a sense of humour that makes everyone feel welcome, and that the whole group shares. Its a great class that has become a staple of my week and I would recommend it to anyone.

5 /5 Derek: Ive been training with Dieter for about 8 weeks now and I cannot recommend him, his coaching style and kettlebells highly enough. His ability to adapt sessions to fit me uniquely made it easy to grasp the different exercises and achieve results quickly. As someone who often came away in pain or exhausted by the end of random workouts I found online - Dieters given me clear targets, helped me discover strength I didnt know I had, and I leave sessions feeling energised and stronger. Its easy to get sucked into lots of different styles of exercise and get bogged down by all the choices, but Ive found kettlebells are really diverse and has given me a new outlook on fitness.
