The reviews on Google I believe do not reflect the staffs time and quality. To back up the staff here Id say any reviews that mention wrong colours or misapplication is either due 1. if you book a gel appointment and then end up choosing a regular nail polish they advise you a similar colour they have in the gel range same applies for any manicure, sns, biab and acrylic. Ive had my nails done here at least 6 or 7 times a year and many times I have complicated designs which take 2-3 hours sometimes the colour wont match the pictures Ive chosen to show (BECAUSE ONLINE IS FILTERED OR UNLIMITED COLOURS ARE NEVER AVAILABLE). So compromise is needed even when the design is 10/10. Continuously throughout every appointment, I speak up if theres something I disagree with, shorter longer shape, colour the whole nine. Nail techs cant always read minds and especially when everyone have different standards and expectations for their nails. If you dont ask you dont get, entitlement alone is no excuse. Love you team see you for my Christmas nail. P.S Speaking in Vietnamese, Mandarin or any language isnt illegal theyre all family there :)

C Lennon Excellent & Friendly Motorola Mobile Phone Screen Repair. Other shops didn’t want to work on the phone but this shop did not hesitate and had the screen already in stock. The man is patient and allows himself enough time to fix it; it was not a rush job. Very grateful thank you. Good price for new screen.

Belinda Stewart Travelled from West London and had a great and first time experience with my hair. Rebecca did my hair and it was excellent - punctual, professional, and exactly the look I wanted. She has such a warm, friendly spirit, and I loved the welcoming, family-affair vibe. 5 stars for the hair experience. I also opted to get my nails done by Ana who had a station there; unfortunately, the gel/BIAB treatment started chipping the same day and more so since getting them done 3 days ago, so I’d choose to have nails done elsewhere next time. I would definitely return to R.C Hair & Beauty Parlour for hair services, glad I’ve been able to discover this salon. Thanks again!!

Dove Alex “Platinumchamp” Was my first time having my back waxed in a very long time, I had a great experience and felt that I was properly looked after. The actual waxing process was done professionally and in a way to minimise the pain as much as possible. Great location and the venue has a cool and relaxing vibe! Will definitely be going again!

The whole place feels friendly, relaxed, and really welcoming from the moment you walk in.The hairstyling is on point – they listen to what you want and make sure you leave loving your hair. The hair extensions look super natural, blend in perfectly, and give great volume and length without feeling heavy. The massage was just as impressive – really relaxing, professional, and exactly what you need to switch off and unwind after a long day. Overall, Body La Perla is the kind of salon you actually look forward to going back to. Highly recommend for hairstyling, extensions, and a great massage from Daria.
