5 /5 Tessa Watford: Visited the salon again for the first time in about 6 months, and the service was brilliant. The centre has recently been taken over by new management and there was a huge improvement in the quality of service compared to my last visit. Would highly recommend!

Mimi answered the phone and was incredibly helpful. She gave me all the information I needed, answered my questions with patience and made me feel comfortable. When I came in for my facial, San took such great care of me. Her facial was absolutely lovely so relaxing, gentle and rejuvenating. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients. My skin felt amazing afterward and the whole experience was so peaceful. It was my first time visiting crystal beauty centre and I can honestly say I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to Mimi and San for making my first visit so enjoyable! Highly recommend this place!

5 /5 Sara Oliveira Amaral: I had the most incredible experience here! I went in for a deep facial cleanse and it was absolutely amazing, honestly the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. Unlike many facials where they just apply a mask and leave you for 15 minutes, here every moment was thoughtful and intentional. While the mask was working, I received a gentle scalp massage, and the facial actually began with a beautiful face massage that set the tone for complete relaxation. I was so impressed that I went back the very next day for microneedling, and once again I left feeling over the moon. The whole time I felt truly cared for and treated like a princess. Every detail was perfect, and the staff’s skill and warmth made the experience unforgettable. I can’t recommend them enough, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Zahara threaded my eyebrows and they look perfect! she has such a gentle touch and great attention to detail. The whole team is very friendly and professional, and the place is always spotless and well cared for. It’s such a pleasure to come somewhere you’re treated so well. Highly recommended!
