CoCo Nails - (Near , UK)

1 /5 Angela Day: I arrived for a pedicure. Was told to pick a colour and I was left to wait in th chair after being called to it. The lady after me got seated down and her treatment got started straight away. I asked what was going on and they started speaking in their own language. When treatment started, I asked for my toenails to be cut short and got shouted at saying "wait/later" to which I replied I was only telling you! After cutting off my toenails he walks off with his phone. I had to ask again what is going on. This will be the first and last time I use Coco Nails. I dont recommend this place at all!!

1 /5 hollie todd: Really gone down hill, got the vibe they just wanted me in and out, asked for French tip pedicure, she told me no as my nails were too short and she just did them white, I’ve never had any issues any other times getting a French tip? No foot spa or scrubbing feet was just painted toes and done, even cut my toe when doing my cuticles very aggressively. Asked for green shellac with 3 hearts on the finger, she then said again no my nail is too small and she will do one heart when I’ve been many times with different patterns and designed and never been a problem before? The nails were uneven, lumpy and colour all around my nail.

5 /5 Miss Ama: I came here today because the nail shop I usually go to on the High Street was busy and it was a 40 minute wait which I didnt have time for. I came to Coco Nails and Im glad I did! I only had to wait about 10 minutes. The guy who did my BIAB infill nails was very efficient, I was late for an engagement and he did everything to make sure I could get out quickly while still maintaining quality. I love my nails. Im impressed with CoCo Nails and will be back

1 /5 Zeinab Olaleye: Overall very underwhelming, I paid for a spa pedicure and the results were poor, my toenails obviously not buffed and the paint job was very disappointing. The customer service was also quite rude when I explained how I like them shaped, she kept telling me how she wanted to do it.

5 /5 Felicity Cleary: Coco nails have been absolutely fantastic from the minute I walked in which was over a year ago now. They are friendly, great with my children who like to come with me and so accommodating with every design I have ever asked of them nothing ever being to much. My nails at one stage and gel pedicure have lasted over 8 weeks at a time. I come from Sheerness just to have my nails done here and the service also attention to detail is impeccable every time. I am so grateful to have found such a reliable service and would now not go anywhere else. Thankyou CoCo nails for always being brilliant and accommodating all of my various designs. I appreciate it and look forward to seeing you all on Friday for another full gel pedicure and acrylics.
