1 /5 Ash Stevenson: These are the worst gel nails I have ever had done, came off within 2 days (chipped, lifting off the nail) and the way they were painted was very wonky. Staff are extremely unfriendly and don’t even seem to know what they are doing. Gel bottles are old and the place feels dirty

1 /5 V: Horrible customer service. Only two people who can actually do nails, which was the reason why I stayed loyal to the shop. The older man and woman both do a horrible paint job and poor application, rushing and cutting people and dismissing customer concerns. Never going back. Spent over £300 this year in this shop, they will never get another penny from me
