5 /5 rob hoare: Jamie has a fantastic knowledge about boxing (my interest) and many other martial arts. I was concerned that one to one training would be too intense (at +60)but it’s been great! I have mixed strength training and sparring and I feel stronger and fitter. I would recommend Jamie to anyone who wants to improve their fitness or learn a new skill.

5 /5 Luke Whitworth: I have recently completed 10 hours of remote classes with Jamie which I have found to be of an exceptional quality. Jamie has a massive set of skills and experience that he draws upon to help you achieve your goals in training. Jamies teaching approach is incredibly effective. The way he uses training games with clearly defined goals and parameters to isolate and highlight the skills being worked on keeps the training live, practical and achieves real results quickly. His keen eye, and ability to convey concepts clearly, meant that even remotely corrections and adjustments were explained in a way that could be easily understood and were immediately effective when implemented. The classes were always well structured but never felt rigid. Avenues could be explored and illuminating discussions had. Jamie has years of his own experiences in the martial arts and an encyclopedic knowledge of history that greatly enrich the topics being explored at any given time. At no point though did it ever feel like the main objective of the class had been lost. I would recommend anyone to avail themselves of Jamies services. It will not be a decision you regret. The best evidence I can give of this is that I will be a returning customer myself before long.
