1 /5 Maria Roper: I fully appreciate the salon is busy and they cannot answer the phone while working with clients .However on 2 occasions recently I have left messages on the answer phone for appointments well in advance of the appointment date .The first I received a call to confirm the appointment citing answerphone problems a week after leaving a messsge .My most recent call over 2 weeks ago was picked up by an answering service as yet I have not had a response so have made other arrangements .So no matter how good the salon is you need a better system to collect messages

She is always ahead of the game making sure that she gives her clients 100% when it comes to treatments. 5 /5 B: Great beauty salon- Ive had my lash lift here a few times and Georgina has always done an amazing job and they last forever too! Salon is very clean and comfortable and staff are super friendly. Would 100% recommend and would go back for other treatments.
