Simmie I have had my laser hair removal done in the Chigwell/ Woodford bridge branch by Viola and she is absolutely amazing! I was a bit nervous beforehand but she was patient with me and guided me through the steps and made it as comfortable as possible for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Roz Page I waited a few months before posting this review as I wanted to make sure that all my appointments were as good as the first one. I come here every 2 to 3 weeks for infills and colour change and it’s usually always really busy. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and I’ve never had any problems. The care and attention they give whilst doing nails is second to none and they are all extremely talented and I just wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Hafsa I had an amazing experience with Sana today! She did my wash, cut, and blow-dry, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She listened carefully to what I wanted, gave great suggestions, and delivered a style that looked even better than I imagined. My hair feels healthy, looks gorgeous, and the whole appointment was so relaxing. Sana is skilled, friendly, and truly pays attention to detail. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Nicole Mallin Amazing experience for many years now. Lisa is very welcoming and does beautiful nail designs. All the staff are calm mannered and polite. It feels relaxing and not rushed at all.
