I was a bit nervous beforehand but she was patient with me and guided me through the steps and made it as comfortable as possible for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

She always ensures comfort and is realistic regarding treatment outcomes. The only person I will trust!

5 /5 Matt Harris: Ive now had multiple treatments with Viola at their Chigwell Branch treating a number of concerns Ive had with breakouts and sebaceous hyperplasia. The difference the hydrafacial and chemical peel treatments have made has been fantastic. The removal of Sebaceous Hyperplasia was done via use of their plasma pen, completely pain free with brilliant results. I couldnt recommend Viola at their Chigwell Branch enough, shes very friendly and amazing at what she does! I look forward to seeing her again soon.
