AVOID AT ALL COST
I had an appointment here through Groupon, for wash, cut and blow dry earlier this September. I washed my hair at home prior to my appointment, so it was just the cut and rough dry.
Stella, the stylist, even though she is pleasant, she CANNOT cut hair to a style. Seems the bob style is her nemesis.
Id say she is a colourist, where she would just trimm the hair, and event styler, the pictures on Treatwell and Groupon, as well their website show that. But in no way, shape, or form she is a typical hairdresser.
I have asked for a short bob, showed her my cut picture for reference, and I still ended up looking like a clown.
I am going to a family event (gold wedding anniversary) and will be looking like a fool.

All I got from the salon in a way of an apology, was an email, that since I left smiling (I wouldnt make a scene or shout profanities), they didnt get an opportunity to put the things right.
I am wondering, HOW exactly they would put it right, as the whole if my back head has been sheered off to 2cm in length. I have long strands on sides, and one at the back falling over the short hair ( have a look) ... I cannot tie it, there is too little to hold the bobble.
I have replied to that email, but they didnt entertain it further.
They got paid...I look like a village idiot.
Never again.
