From start to finish, everything was excellent — the spa was spotless, the ambience was calm and appealing, and the management was very professional. I was seen right on time and given clear information about all the services available. Karolina was polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The massage itself was relaxing yet effective — I left rejuvenated and refreshed. Overall, a fantastic experience! I will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend Karolina and the spa to anyone looking for quality service and true relaxation.
