1 /5 K J: If I could give zero stars I would unfortunately, not to mention I never post a review unless it has been a bad service. Should have known the minute I sat down and she suggested a wax instead of a thread that this was going to be a bad experience. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for over ten years now so I know what feels correct and what doesn’t. The Greek lady in the back of the salon performed the service and it was quite disastrous. She clearly doesn’t thread frequently enough to know proper techniques on how to pull the skin or thoroughly do threading. She missed literally nearly all the hairs on my left eyebrow and ruined the shape by taking off too much in the area near the bridge of the nose. They are completely uneven now and do not match whatsoever, ruined my arch as well. She asked me if I wanted them trimmed but I took one look in the mirror and decided to leave while I could before she did anymore damage. She was a nice woman but had no clue what she was doing. Complete and utter waste of money and time. Have to go home and salvage what’s left of my shape on my own. As well as having to wait for them to grow back in properly which all ladies know is an absolute pain. I literally am so annoyed/upset that I need to warn people to never go here. Worst £23 I’ve ever spent. DO NOT GO HERE.
