I found her in Lucy at Resilience Pilates. Lucy is extremely knowledgeable and perceptive: able to identify my bodys strengths and weaknesses. Shes a brilliant teacher using clear, concise instructions with additional demonstrations when needed. Each lessons are well thought out and take place in her well equipped studio.

San H Booked a private session with the lovely Luana for a play date. The kids learnt how to use the hoops and the silks. Luana was so good with them, enthusiastic and encouraging. She even got the nervous ones doing drops on the silks!!! They all gave it a 10 out of 10! Such a great experience. We’re definitely doing it again.

Christopher Whalen What a lovely place to swim! It’s 200m long and a wonderful way to cool down at the end of a hot summer’s day. You need to wear a bright swim hat and use a tow float. There are changing rooms but we usually get ready at the side of the lake. You can buy 10 swims for £60. Swim hats are sold at the reception and you can hire a tow float for £1. 4 lengths of this lake are the equivalent of 32 lengths in a normal 25m indoor leisure centre pool.

Alice Nottingham amazing yoga classes! have attended the Monday night session in Hook Norton for several months and always felt very motivated and encouraged by Sarah. the yoga is integrated with mindfulness and I’ve found the practice very useful and easy to incorporate teachings into everyday life. definitely recommend!
