4 /5 RyN1: Let’s face it, Cally Road is not the jewel in the Better crown. But the highlight of this centre is Shareena. She is on the ball, is on top of the systems, goes above and beyond to sort things out, knows customers individually and handles everything with a great attitude. She makes the whole experience a pleasure. A real asset to the organisation. The aqua-aerobics classes are well attended and well run. The changing rooms are often dirty and smell off. But the staff do their best to keep them washed down and to implement the no outdoor shoes policy.

5 /5 William del Rivero Dehesa: A neighborhood center children orientanted with two small pools and a wide range of activities for kids. But what truly sets this center apart is Sherena — the heart and soul of the place. She’s always ready with the right information, a helpful answer, and a warm smile. I’ve seen her training staff, entertaining children, supporting vulnerable individuals, and effortlessly managing the entire center.

2 /5 David Barker: The kids pool is perfect for learning to swim, but its grimy. It needs a very thorough clean. Probably multiple cleans to make it pleasant.

5 /5 Nadia Wahedy: I went here for the first time, for some women-only swimming time. I went swimming when I was younger, so I thought it would be a piece of cake. Well, needless to say, I almost drowned. A wonderful lifeguard, quite frankly rescued me, from what otherwise wouldve been a complete disaster. I am INCREDIBLY grateful to her and the other lifeguard, who taught me a few swimming tips. I will be taking swimming classes, starting next week, but Id like to give a huge thank you to the staff here- THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️❤️
