Helen Parkar WOW what a way to get fit! The most fun workout ever! Yes, you work hard and drip with sweat but its fun fun fun and it works!!! The motivation I get from one class lasts all week! Its feel good fitness and we all support each other. You can go at your own pace and slowly build up to pushing yourself harder if you want to. Hannah and Helen keep an eye on everyone so youre in safe hands. I feel sorry for the people who havent discovered the bounce!!

Naomi Well equipped gym, full of friendly people. Staff always approachable and happy to help. Has a nice social atmosphere that you dont always get in big chain gyms. What I particularly like is the different areas available to work out in, theres a safe space for everyone from beginners to advanced weightlifters. Then of course to relax after a hard work out there is the pool, jacuzzi, spa and sauna. These are well maintained, clean and easy to access. Perfect way to end or start the day.

They have supported her tremendously and she has had some wonderful opportunities and experiences through her clubs. She has grown in confidence and gained new skills in gymnastics and acro. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
