Alex Fernandes I’ve been training with Kamil for a couple of months now and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what he does. What really sets Kamil apart is how he pushes you to improve while still making you feel safe and confident. He explains things clearly, corrects technique properly, and adapts sessions if something doesn’t feel right. He’s been helping me improve my lifting technique, boxing skills, and achieve my first successful handstand, and I’m incredibly grateful for his patience and persistence. On top of training, he gives fantastic recipe suggestions and practical nutrition tips. He’s always punctual, focused, and fully present during sessions, which makes a huge difference. On top of that, he’s friendly, motivating, and great to work with. If you’re looking for a PT who genuinely cares about you and your progress, Kamil is the one!

Zena Deane Such a great setting to be inspired to get fit. There is nothing of the commercial gym chains about this place - everything is very personal and you really feel like the emphasis is purely on your health and fitness needs. Highly recommend.
