Sabrina Carta Had a wonderful day at the spa. Facilities were clean, staff were very helpful and overall I had a very relaxed experience. I had lunch at the gate and the staff were attentive and service was quick. The food was good. The only thing I would say is it should be mentioned on the spa website that you only get 4 hours complimentary parking. Overall I’d recommend to others considering coming for a spa day.

The trainers and other ladies are so encouraging and it is great to train in an inclusive environment where everybody is supported to reach their own individual goals. It has definitely helped me to become more confident lifting weights in the gym and I have learned a lot.

Denise G Fantastic inclusive community centre that offers a range of events and activities for different age ranges and abilities. I attended a feast with us event at lunch time. The food was delicious and it was really nice to talk to people. There was a piano being played in the background to add to this wonderful experience. The event takes place monthly for lunch and dinner and I would strongly recommend.

Shepali Sikder This is a beautiful open space hidden behind Latimer Rd, in a very quiet newly built area. The classes are so welcoming and suited to all levels. I’ve taken Pilates and yoga there. Lots of parking around area too. I have also used space to host workshops there myself, any one that’s come to them have loved the space and energy of the whole area.

Frank Harris Anytime Fitness Twickenham is a solid gym with everything you need for a good workout. I usually go in the mornings, and the place is always clean with plenty of equipment available. The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes training there a really positive experience.
