1 /5 PKAY: she used the electric nail drill (e-file) and drilled literally on my skin, multiple times , to the point is eventually cut my skin . And when I informed her that she caused a cut, she replied saying it’s not a big deal and continued being quite ruff whilst doing my nails. I still got charged £35, and after explaining what happened, she changed it to £30 but with visible attitude. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to speak up when safety and professionalism aren’t taken seriously.

The receptionist greeted me so warmly and made me feel welcome right away. My nail artist Lina was absolutely amazing! Attentive, skilled, and truly talented . I’m extremely happy with how my nails turned out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and beautiful results!

I used to go to their sister salon, Broadway Beauty and when they moved to this salon, I moved too because of their nail tech Ari - she is the best and I would not trust anyone else or any other salon with my nails or feet! She does an incredible job every time! I ALWAYS get compliments. I would highly recommend this salon, their customer service is amazing, really lovely and pretty salon, always friendly and always 10/10 on nails. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

5 /5 Caitlin (Pengin): I have been coming here for about 3 years, each time i get my nails done, i have always recieved a great experience, they work on my nails beautifully, I have had different staff working on my nails and never had a complaint from any of them, ive had a variety of designs from simple to unique and they have all met my expectations! I especially love Ari, she is wonderful, and matches the design i show her exactly as i want it, even does symmetry from one hand to the other which makes the nails look fantastic! I have tried a few nail salons over the years but this place is the best for me!
