Jodie Banaszkiewicz Christian is a brilliant trainer and I absolutely love his Kettlebells classes. They’re suitable for beginners through to experts, and he always makes everyone feel welcome. The classes are great fun and always attract a nice friendly group of people too. Each class is different so you always feel like you’re doing a different carefully thought-out workout. I especially love his outdoor classes on Hove beach when the weather is good - nothing beats working out in the fresh air with a view of the sea! Would highly recommend!

Reena Vekaria I went to see Heidi as I was really struggling with core strength after having 2 babies..I am 2.5 years postpartum and just after one session with Heidi she taught me how to engage my core correctly and feel strong again.. I have been going gym and using what Heidi taught me with body weight exercises and I already feel so much stronger.. cannot wait to work on more stuff with her, the session was great

Deirdre Harding Zoe Bonnett is a brilliant, empathetic and encouraging Pilates teacher, who adapts all of her exercise sessions to an individuals needs, so clients with hip or knee replacements, back or shoulder issues can fully participate in her classes, without feeling discriminated against. As well as stimulates those who are very good or hypermobile to upscale their abilities. A truly personalised service. She explains each exercise, demonstrates it and monitors how individuals are doing. Her price is reasonable for the individual support she offers and I thoroughly recommend her Pilates classes. I have had to miss a few lessons recently but attendance has kept me pretty supple, despite a total hip replacement, a wrist that is plated and screwed and a history of lower back problems, as well as having increased my core strength, balance and stamina. I can cope with working as well as looking after a very energetic 3 year old grand child who expects me to participate in his soft play, swimming etc. Plus, I believe Zoes Pilates lessons help me to stay in shape so that I can, if I wish, wear my vintage clothes that are 50 years old.

For the first time in my life I’m actively LOVING exercise. The focus on form, technique, and strength has transformed how I feel about movement. I turn 40 this year, and I’m the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been. Every session has exactly the right balance of hard work and laughter. What an incredible community has been built up in just a few short months. I would (and do!) recommend to anyone.
