5 /5 Joanne Whalley: I’ve been training with Aga for years and she is genuinely outstanding. After having a baby I developed recurring back issues, and Aga has been a lifesaver more than once. I’ve tried all of her services—online classes, in-person group sessions, 1:1 Pilates, and one of her exceptional sports massages—and each has been consistently excellent. Aga’s teaching is clear, thoughtful, and tailored to your body. She notices the small things that make a big difference, adapts exercises safely, and somehow gets you stronger and more mobile without ever feeling pushed beyond your limits. She’s professional, warm, and incredibly reliable, with a calming presence that makes you feel looked after from the moment you arrive (or log in). My core strength, posture, and day-to-day comfort have all improved massively. If you’re considering Pilates or need support with back pain, I couldn’t recommend Aga more highly.

5 /5 Korinna Hedinger-Farrell: Aga came twice to our house to give me a treatment and assess which exercises I need after having broken the upper humerus and kneecap in a fall. Each time her visit has left me in a better place and with a clear- videotaped- exercise program. She is highly knowledgeable about the body and a very kind, calming person to have a treatment from. I cant recommend her enough!

5 /5 Liz Calvert: Agas strength and balance classes has made an amazing difference to my mobility. I feel confident in everything were asked to do. She always checks to see if we have mobility issues before each class and checks we are doing the exercises correctly. The range of exercises cover different parts of the body and are changed regularly both in variety and content so we are always being challenged. I feel much more confident in walking and now do not need a stick to aid me Can recommend her classes highly enough.

5 /5 Nisha Patel: Ive been taking Pilates classes for almost 5 years now and also had several massages also from Aga to help certain areas of my body, and I can honestly say shes one of the best practitioners Ive ever known. She has a deep understanding of the body and combines her knowledge of movement and massage in a way that’s incredibly effective. Her Pilates sessions are thoughtful, well-structured, and each week we use different equipment (weights, bands, ring etc) to keep it engaging. She pays close attention to form and alignment, ensuring each movement is done safely and with purpose. I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength, posture, and flexibility since starting with her. Aga brings a calm, supportive energy to every session, and it’s clear she truly cares about her clients well-being. I always leave feeling stronger, more relaxed, and more connected to my body. Highly recommend!
