M D ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful first visit — highly recommend! I visited Thérapie Clinic Richmond for the first time and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were very accommodating, welcoming me warmly and making the check-in smooth and stress-free. My consultation was with Dr Mattia — who was extremely professional, thorough, and patient in explaining the different procedures and what would work best for my needs. I appreciated the honest and fair recommendations rather than any pressure to choose unnecessary treatments. The treatment itself was smooth and painless, and I genuinely felt comfortable and in safe hands throughout — which is so important for a first visit. Overall, a really positive experience, and I’m looking forward to maintaining my treatments here. Highly recommend to anyone considering aesthetic or laser treatments!

The beauticians and nail technicians are very experienced and very professional and warm and welcoming. I have been going to this salon for many years and highly recommend them.

There isnt a request she isnt able to deliver .. she is an artist more than just a nail tech ! Iman 22 I went into the Richmond townhouse branch to get a luxury pedicure and had a great experience. I had my pedicure done by Krutika, she provided fantastic service and gave me a great massage - I was feeling incredibly relaxed afterwards and was almost falling asleep during the massage because it was so relaxing! Really happy with my treatment and will definitely be back.
