5 /5 Grace Hardy: Went in to get my tragus done and it was one of the best piercing experiences Ive ever had. Harry was very knowledgable and put me at ease, and was thorough about the aftercare process. Would recommend to everyone.

1 /5 Catalina Dumitru: Been there today to have my lash lift and tint (was £40 but as a first time there I was charged £30)....big mistake to go there! The lady technician is outdated, unprepared, lacks materials to do a good service, untrained and rude. She actually pored the fluids into my eyes, she whipped me with warm water(not tint remover), used cloth or soaked paper towel. She left me with black tint shades around the eyes (like I was beaten), glue on the lids, stinging eyes,and when I ask her to remove the tint surrounding my eyes, her response was: its ok like that! I was looking as Gomez/Adams Family! The male owner was very rude when I showed and said the if I dont like the service to not book again and showed me the door.... No professionalism, no care for the customers, no empathy for the job done! The service is very poor and my lashes almost invisible/undone... Im happy though that I didnt get blind or with a terrible allergy. I have pictures with my look and the shop at the exit. Important!!! They didnt do a patch test upfront the service itself!!! Ill NEVER go back there and I DONT recommend them to anyone.

1 /5 Kal 16: I went in to get standard nail polish, no gel, just normal polish. I selected a nude colour. The result was so streaky and lumpy that I asked them to remove the polish as it looked awful. The owner offered to let me get my nails done again for free on another day but I politely declined as it was clear they had no idea how to paint nails. I would avoid this salon for nails. I’ve heard good reviews about their head massages and threading, so they might be better for those treatments

5 /5 Mia Finlay: I went in to ask about a naval piercing and the manager was very friendly and helpful. He squeezed me in then and there to have it done and the whole process was very efficient and comfortable.

Thankyou so so Much for her beautiful nails and fantastic customer service she will Definitely be back! X
