1 /5 Rachel: “I wish I could give zero stars. One star is more than this deserves.” I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. Even though I had an appointment, I was told mid-session to wait 5 minutes because a threading client had arrived — that ‘5 minutes’ turned into 15, wasting my time. On top of that, the staff kept speaking in their own language in front of me the entire time, which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. The nail work itself was poor — I could have done a better job at home. Maybe it was because I booked for nail varnish instead of gel, but they were unfriendly and kept pushing waxing and facial treatments. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and I left feeling very disrespected.
