5 /5 Jan Kozelnicky: One of the nicest yoga studio I have ever visited. The owners are lovely people, teachers are friendly and professional. The interior is designed beautifully and built very well. I highly recommend to visit and try their yoga and/or pilates classes.

I went for a morning yoga class with Kelly and it was nice and slow, yet some challenging poses, good movement and breathing queues. They don’t have changing rooms but bathrooms are spacious enough and they also have lockers for you to leave your bag safely.

Having just moved from the US, I was in search of a studio that I would genuinely love spending my time in. I appreciate that they offer a variety of classes and that they prioritize rest just as much as they prioritize practice. The teachers are gifted at what they do and make a conscious and consistent effort to help you alongside your practice. Can’t say enough good things!

misa vavry I have joined during a lockdown and over the past 2 years my fitness really improved. Got into running which was my weakness and in general I am in my best shape. The group is social and friendly also offering various group activities and trips.

zanna nzewi We go there for Taekwando classes for kids. Dont know much about gym itself. Looks very clean. Only downside i experienced that i had to wait about 5-10mins for someone to come to reception even after ringing a bell. When i needed to reful water fir kids i couldnt find water fountain as it was hidden in the corner.

Edward Jones Incredible amneity in the area. Sure, its not perfect but theres a large pool for lengths, separate toddler and fun pools. Sauna, steam room. Great soft play. Easy to book it all online. I think most of the negative reviews complaining about cleanliness would be more appropriate for £100+/month gyms, which Wavelengths just is not. Ive not noticed the soft play being dirty, nor the pools themselves.

Milena Bottero A beautiful, peaceful space down a quiet alley. I love the studios interior and deco. Class was great, challenging but easy to follow. Nikitas teaching style was a highlight, gentle yet motivating - she corrected my posture a couple of times which was really helpful. Definitely recommend!
