My PT Sadie, Alma and the whole team have made me feel incredibly welcome and supported. If you are considering signing up for PT or classes… just do it! You will not regret it.

5 /5 Gita Soni: I joined the gym in August 2025 and have thoroughly enjoyed my first few months here. I attend the classes and have tried out quite a few - all of which I’ve loved! The class sizes are small and the instructors all take the time to make sure your form is correct and since I have an injury, they’ve also been really helpful in making sure to give me alternative exercises where needed. I couldn’t recommend this gym enough, it’s such a lovely safe space. I really look forward to classes and always leave a class feeling great!

5 /5 mouazan servane: This is a warm community where teaching is rigourous, and also compassionate and trauma informed. I have found a lovely place to connect with other local women whilst getting my body in serious shape! Exercising with play, joy, empathy, makes a whole lot of difference!
