Emma Baxter Love going to the f45 at London Fields. The trainers there are so helpful and friendly, so would really recommend going to this gym! Their classes are good for all levels and great for if you want a mix of cardio and strength. Always enjoy each session I do there.

Georgie Feldman I joined this gym over two years ago, low on confidence and 0 expectations.
