2 /5 Nicole L: Great instructors and classes, terrible design and management of membership system in a way to get more money out of you. I have been with 1rebel for a year and a half now and just finished a 12 month fixed term. While I love their classes and was thinking about renewing, my most recent experience has convinced me not: - they do not email you about your membership auto renewing past the fixed term and they subsequently do not allow you to cancel this month. I am not in London for the duration of my next cycle and they charge you to freeze this on top of being charged for a month I did not want - they are very very stingy about freezes, if you travel multiple times a year or are injured - tough luck - the app is flawed in its design where when you are booking a class it may show up as coming out of one billing cycle / class package but takes it out of next month’s credits (they then do not refund these credits) - if you have any credits left, you just lose them, there is no ability to roll them or book beyond the cycle even if you have extenuating circumstances (which is crazy considering each class is 15-25 pounds) Overall your classes tend to cost around the same but you lose more due to the flawed design of the membership system and lack of flexibility from some members of the team (have had great experiences with others). Would recommend converting to a nicer gym or just staying on class pass.

5 /5 Eve M: Such an intense workout studio! 1Rebel serves up tough but seriously fun workouts. Every trainer brings their own vibe and playlist, which keeps things fresh. Matt’s class is my favorite—his energy and motivation are through the roof for the full 45 minutes. Emily is the best front of house ever—always helpful and super fast.

5 /5 Blake Cronyn: One of my favourite workouts in London. Whether it’s a treadmill workout (reshape) or boxing (rumble), it is always a great workout and sweat. I love mixing weights with cardio, so 1Rebel hits the spot! I also love being in Broadgate, so I can grab a pint after (if weather is nice) or watch a movie at Everyman Cinemas. Work hard, play hard!

5 /5 Joel C: Amazing circuit workout, I enjoy ‘Reshape’ a lot. It emphasises not only physical strength but mental agility. Love the session. The place is clean and tidy, lots of lockers. Towels are free, and they even do mint infused cold towel in the fridge which is free as well. 45mins session, you would burn at least 600 calorie. Really addicted to reshape. The drinks are very delicious too, ranges from £5.5 to £7/£8 (if you customise). One down side, the music may be too loud sometimes.

5 /5 Libby Wales: First experience of 1rebel and it was great. Reshape with sanchez. Such a nice instructor and even though i was the only first timer he took the time to explain everything to me. Gave different levels for beginner to advance, music was great and as a runner it was perfect for strength & conditioning alongside interval work on the treadmill. Changing rooms are really nice and spacious. Bike storage inside (bottom of the stairs before reception) which was great for peace of mind.
