Christine Russell Helens are the only fitness classes I have ever enjoyed. Shes totally professional, caring and fun. You can do as much or as little as your body allows and the music is always great.

Tom Bellinger Jetts is a hidden gem! The facilities are great and clean, you can tell the community takes pride in the gym and treats it with respect. I rarely find myself having to wait for equipment, but of course that will depend on the time you arrive. The staff truly make this place what it is. They always go way above and beyond and its a nice start to a session when you come through the door and they greet you by name, plus theyre always happy to help with exercise info. Great gym, great people, couldnt recommend it enough!

Harry Dunning Absolutely amazing gym, one of my friends told to come by one time to train Muay Thai and after that first session I haven’t looked back. Kru Sal is an amazing coach who really cares about his students and the students all have respect for one another no matter your level. I felt instantly welcomed to the gym and I have been going for about a year now and I can honestly say it has changed my life for the better!

Faye Macis Ive been a member at this gym for I think around 18 months now. I was previously at a big chain but Ive always been self conscious and never felt comfortable. What originally drew me to this gym was the low lighting, so I went for a visit and I was immediately sold. I dont feel self conscious or uncomfortable here and will happily wear a vest top (which I previously never did) because its not lit up like a football field on match night. Its a little small downstairs so can feel a little cramped when its busy, but Ive not come across anyone who isnt willing to share equipment/space, or who hogs anything. I usually go at 8pm when its pretty quiet, especially at the weekend (my photo was a Friday night about a year ago). Theres a surprising amount of equipment for a small gym. So many plate loaded machines which I much prefer. Also... The music is banging. Loud, bassy, and no membership adverts! Im more of a metalhead but the music here gets me pumped. Highly recommend to anyone!
