5 /5 Meera Ved: Ive been going to pregnancy yoga by Sim for 5 months and its completely surpassed my expectations. Its consistently been one of my weekly highlights, just what I needed in terms of relaxation balanced with learning about how movement and breathing can help throughout pregnancy. Sim is very skilled at facilitating the sessions and advising on safe practice during pregnancy.
Something that stood out to me was that no week is the same and so tailored to pregnancy (physically and emotionally). Im now approaching the end of my pregnancy with so many hints and tips that Ive picked up from Sim.
Have already recommended the class to others and would not hesitate to recommend again.
The Yoga on the Green facilities are also great, feels like a calm sanctuary as soon as you walk in and staff are also super friendly.
