sheila Rose I’ve been going to Marika’s classes over a year and a half. Starting from a low point where I was carrying lots of extra weight and injuries to my lower back, hip and aging knees. Marika has been a real help to me. She first suggested the strength & balance “Well Fit” classes that made me feel able and included (even though I needed to sit out a couple of the moves) and I soon found my strength and mobility coming back. I progressed and love her Dance Fit and yoga every week and have benefited from deep relaxation in the Nidra session. The people who attend the classes are genuine, committed and good company so our social nights are filled with camaraderie and joy. I’m glad I found Fit M Fun, she’s changed my life.

Vanesa Kasabova Yuliyana created an effective training program tailored to my needs. She helped me boost my confidence and strength. I am grateful for the knowledge and motivation she gave me! I would not be able to do it without her.

Hes so informative, patient, and takes the time to ensure you understand proper form and technique. If youre looking for someone who will truly guide and educate you on your fitness journey, look no further!

Elsje Smart Lovely inclusive gym, many different shapes, sizes, and ages attend, and everyone gets a personalised program with regular private health check-ins. Groups are a max of six, often smaller, and the workouts are never the same so you don’t get bored. Love going here as it’s a great community as well.
