5 /5 Elsje Smart: Lovely inclusive gym, many different shapes, sizes, and ages attend, and everyone gets a personalised program with regular private health check-ins. Groups are a max of six, often smaller, and the workouts are never the same so you don’t get bored. Love going here as it’s a great community as well.

Classes are small and the community is very encouraging and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend Total Fit whether you are looking to get started or are more accomplished but looking for guided ways to push yourself.

5 /5 Mary Canary: I was very skeptical about joining a gym, especially one that’s a bit pricey, but total fit has really worked for me. With other gyms I just don’t bother going or I don’t push myself. The personal support at total fit is amazing. Everyone is of a similar age (40+) and has similar goals. The workouts are highly personalised and focus on strength and balance. The sessions frequently have only 2or 3 people so it’s like having a PT at a lot less cost. I hate exercise workouts and get bored quickly but Totalfit is giving me the strength and confidence I need to carry on doing the fun things whether that’s climbing a mountain, going canyoning or some other crazy activity I choose.
