kim jiskoot Great gym! The atmosphere is really friendly and welcoming and there is a great community - how many other gyms throw an annual bbq for their members? There is all the kit you could ever need and they have good quality equipment in the right quantities with a real focus on quality over gimmicks.

Courtney Burtenshaw I joined a month ago with the hope of getting generally fitter- wasn’t expecting to become totally hooked at all. Having never liked the gym environment: Xlab in Worthing has been a game changer. I felt really welcomed as a newbie, and can see dramatic improvements in my fitness and strength only a month in. The coaches are incredible! I mostly do my sessions with Charlie, he makes the classes welcoming and inclusive for all and at the same time making you want to work your hardest! Always encouraging and keen to squeeze that last rep out of you. Have also done a few classes with Elliot, his evening classes are often more full, but he manages the classes amazingly, making you feel individually supported and encouraged no matter what else is going on.

Che Kumar Incredible stadium, modern and plenty to experience. Microbrewery on site and great views from our seats. Acoustics were fantastic too.

Arianna Rebecca Firth A beautifully well-run and well thought out play café, a must for children from walking (1+) upwards. Everything has been so well thought-out, from the reading corner in the café, (stimulating books), to each area in the play area itself (attention to detail is amazing with Kidsbury branded items)! Very clean, nappies are even provided in the changing area in every size if you are cut short! Parents can also take drinks into the play area in spill proof reusable cups provided by Kidsbury. Always a warm welcome, and a very calm atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Diane Laing Suhail has been a great tutor throughout my L2 and L3 Diploma course with NASM. The quality and structure of the course material is fantastic. The tutors are all so friendly and knowledgeable, they make the webinars fun and interactive, keeping you engaged and interested throughout. Suhail was very quick at marking my assignments and gave constructive feedback and was very encouraging as well. Always very positive. Thank you Suhail and Premier Global!

Katie Fran is amazing, she pushes you to your hardest and her energy is infectious. Shes friendly, encouraging and motivational. Its the best pilates class Ive been to, and Ive been to a lot. Its a friendly atmosphere too and everyone is lovely.
