Edith Beele 10/10. I had my first class with Molly this morning and it was the perfect combination of difficult and fun. I have never really incorporated weights into any of my workouts and she was very kind and patient with me - showing me what to do and tweaking my form throughout the session where needed. Carmel Dudley I took my niece to a swimming lesson so have not used the facilities. However, if I lived locally I would definitely join as the gym looks really well equipped. The main toilets are clean. The swimming pool is split, a shallow section suitable for little ones and a main pool. The changing area is big and seems to be clean. The pool side toilets are a bit smelly.

GraduatedWithoutHonor I train regularly here, usually early mornings between 5am and 7am. It is is small gym but well maintained and not overly busy when I attend. Good range of free and fixed weights. First class doesnt start until 6.30 so plenty of open floor space before then. Showers, toilets and lockers are all in good condition and the gym is clean. Plenty of free parking nearby before 8am - paid after that. Good disabled access into the gym and a lift on site. If I had to pick an issue it is probably people having bags on the floor or not putting weights back after use. I dont think staff challenge that ad well as they could but the main responsibility lays with the gym users.

Shantelle Wilson I love Sara she’s the most amazing yoga teacher there is around,if you can’t get into the pose she’s right there helping you I just love her. Also if you need to chat to her about anything she’s always there. Love you Sara the best yogi ever xxx
