Aigerim Korzhumbayeva You feel truly special and cared for in Naomi’s Wellspace. I’ve been attending Naomi’s yoga classes over the past few weeks, and I can’t believe how amazing they are. During my very first class, I thought it was a special occasion when Naomi moved around the room giving short massages - but it turns out, that’s part of every class! Naomi truly has magical hands. Even just a brief massage during the yoga session leaves my sore body feeling incredible after each class. I also want to mention how clean and pleasant-smelling the studio is. It always smells like Redwood National Park (the best park in California) because of the wonderful essential oil scents in the air. The studio design is stunning, with a couple of ceiling windows that make the space feel beautifully connected to nature. I really like the high-quality mats and other yoga equipment, too. My previous yoga experience was at the Oxford University Sports Centre, which was always crowded and impersonal. I felt like just a small cog in a machine, and the only treat was a tiny drop of oil at the end of class. I had to force myself to attend those sessions, whereas now I genuinely look forward to Naomi’s classes because I feel so special there - like a queen, surrounded by a yoga+massage queen and some nice folks. These classes are a must for sore bodies, tired moms, the elderly, and the young alike. Cherishing the brief massages during the sessions, I’m now planning to book a proper massage with Naomi.

T Morris Before my recent session with Louis, I was completely new to the gym and had never used any of the machines before. I was always intimidated by the equipment, however have a whole new outlook after completing the session. Louis created an environment where I felt comfortable to ask any questions and he explained everything with great patience and depth. With each exercise we did, he explained the muscle groups being worked and why the movement was effective and suitable for me. Previously, I had no idea how to work any machines or equipment, but now feel confident setting up and effectively using multiple machines. I would highly recommend Louis to anyone starting out in the gym or those who want a trainer who is knowledgable and motivating. His ability to make sessions fun as well as effective and informative has been incredibly valuable - thank you Louis!!

Motoko Aritake-Wild Calum is very professional, personable and thorough trainer. My 2 teenager sons and myself were very impressed with the in-depth initial assessment as well as his positive attitude toward our individual goals. Not only he personally helped us improved our nutrition plan, he also tailors our weekly sessions to meet our different needs and remains always more challenging. He is also very encouraging and excellent listener. Within 2 months I achieved my dream goal of losing 22 pounds which I haven’t had since 10 years ago!! If you follow his advice, it is possible to get rid of middle age belly/bum/thigh fat very quickly. Thank you so much Calum, we are so lucky to have found you. Boys appreciate you very much as well.

Liz Horwell Great class. Steph varies the exercises to keep it interesting whilst building on what youve done each week. Ive seen real improvement in my core strength & flexibility. The room is a good size and well ventilated, having equipment there to use is really helpful & Steph keeps it all clean. You can even take holiday weeks by emailing in advance so you keep your place.
