As a pilates-newby, I was nervous at first, but Katherine instantly put me at ease and made it really fun and tailored to me. Each session is unique, and Katherine motivates me to push through so I feel and see the results. I highly recommend her!

5 /5 Christa Udell: Yoga with Katherine has been and is one of the most rewarding experiences I have had for a long time. In one session only Katherine showed me how to work and stretch the right muscles to make me unwind and relax. As a dancer and rider this has been a totally new experience for me as I have never done Yoga before. The session was perfectly pitched to my level teaching me how to be in harmony and peace with my body and mind. I will definitely go for more sessions as yoga is a way to happiness and fulfilment in my life. Katherine is the perfect teacher for everyone as she is not only a highly qualified yoga teacher but also one of the kindest and most caring people I know. Katherines personalised approach has been nothing short of remarkable. Her commitment to addressing my specific needs has made all the difference and it has truly been a life-changing journey. Ive achieved a level of mobility in my 40s that surpasses what I experienced in my teens and more important, I’m pain free. 5 /5 Natalie Young: I have now had 5 sessions with Katherine who is just brilliant. I am new to all this yoga and was recommended to try it by another friend. In the 5 sessions with Katherine I have been able to get my crow pose but also have been able to concentrate more at work as a result of short mediations at the end of each session.
