5 /5 Joe Gregory: I wholly recommend the Everyone Active Bracknell Leisure Centre for all that it provides to the local community. My friends and I play walking football for people impacted by neurological conditions on the outdoor AstroTurf pitches every week, and we all really look forward to it as the highlight of the week... The Leisure Centre staff and management give us excellent support, and make us feel really valued. There are activities for young, old, and all women, men, girls and boys in-between at the centre, and our group members take part in other activities there as well as our great weekly walking football sessions We look forward to another great year throughout 2026. 2 /5 Stuart: Sadly the gym is ridiculous now. So many children in there just using the place to muck about. Have no idea how to use the equipment and dont seem to understand that people are using it to train and not to just hang out. Staff do nothing about it. There are no basic gym standards. People training in jeans or flip flops. Has previously caused an accident or two but still nothing gets done. Sometimes you cant get on equipment because there are 10 teenage boys on it, just standing around playing on their phones or mistreating the equipment, which leads to it breaking. The staff really should be more pro active dealing with it and the gym should have some basic standards that everyone has to adhere to

1 /5 Miss Kyme: Unfortunately, this sports centre delivers some of the poorest customer service I have experienced. Regardless of how many times you raise an issue, whether through the app, online, or in person, you are either ignored or dismissed. Staff at reception are consistently unhelpful, rude and show little interest in resolving problems. The overall condition of the facility is also disappointing. Hygiene standards are low, the place is visibly run-down, and many areas look old, neglected and poorly maintained. I expected a much better experience, especially for the price. I do not recommend this sports centre.

5 /5 Alex Kennedy: We visited Bracknell Leisure Centre to attend a model railway exhibition, namely on 10 May 2025. The place was quite crowded and at first, some people were apprehensive about where precisely they should queue. Although it was vaguely clear, a few more signs may have resulted in a lower level of ambiguity. ***The Cafe Was Absolute Lovely Mainly Because of The Members of Staff.*** The two women at the cafe were just lovely. They were so polite and both of them had a great sense of humour. The only issue that I have is some of the prices were quite high. I also noticed several people just leaving their rubbish on the table, which I find rude and insulting. People should take the time to clear up their mess. This is why there are rubbish bins. For example, most people clear away the rubbish when they leave a train because it is the right thing to do. It is about etiquette and the members of this team work hard. If you read this, I hope that you agree. We met some of the team yesterday and from the amount of visitors who were in attendance, it is clear that they work exceptionally hard. Thank you to the people who work at this cafe.

1 /5 Ryan Sawdon: Half the gym air conditioning still not working, been out for months, steam room is so rubbish 24/7, literally no steam its just a wet room. Gym facilities good. If these two problems were fixed would be 5 star.
