But the environment, the owner and the other hairdressers is a hard pass. The hairdresser was not aware of my appointment, waited ages outside. I called the salon and the owner answered “yeah”?? Then when i proceeded to say about my appointment her tone changed.
When i went in, the hairdresser was confused (she was not aware of my booking) and rushed my appointment, asking me if my hair was clean, i never had a hairwash that quick, that she will not be able to do the blow dry, she CHOPPED the first bit of hair like she was chopping meat, not even a small strand for me to check the length. I agree she asked if i ever had a similar hairstyle before but you still do not chop half of the hair at one go. She did not even cut the bob straight, one side was shorter, and she had to keep cutting to make it even.
I do not recommend this salon if Rachel is not going to be your hairdresser.
