Richa was absolutely amazing, she gave me exactly the haircut I wanted and took the time to explain how to care for my hair, which I really appreciated. 4 /5 swizel delriya: The customer service was truly lovely – very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. While the haircut didn’t turn out quite as I’d hoped (possibly due to the reference photo I shared), I don’t fault the stylist for that, it just didn’t suit me personally. I do want to share a bit of honest feedback about the appointment process – I had confirmed my booking over the phone, but when I arrived, I was told the slot was given away as they couldn’t reach me again. It led to a wait, which was a little inconvenient. Also, I felt the pricing could be a bit more reasonable. Overall, a warm and welcoming place with great staff – just a few areas that could be improved.

She knows her clients very well and she knows what they want without them having to explain. Really recommend this place for eyebrows.
