5 /5 Y C: Fantastic salon! Have been visiting for years! I came in for a full body wax and a pedicure. The staff are so friendly Alvena and Maryam. They really know their stuff when it comes to beauty and hair. They make you feel so comfortable and go out of their way to make you feel special. Don’t get the bad reviews confused with the afro hairstylist as she is doing her own thing. Which has nothing got to do with Alvena and her teams side. Thank you Alvena and team for the exceptional experience!! Will be recommending to all my friends and family!!

1 /5 Anita R: I dont recommend. The lady who have done my nails is not a specialist. She didnt ask for a shape, I had to ask her to shorten them as well but she didnt do it equal, my fingers were bleeding by the end and she also increased the price by £15 comparing to the price she told me when I made an appointment. After few days one of my nail opened up. Im not going back again.

1 /5 Leo Cleo: Whilst I dont doubt Betty can braid, she is extremely flaky, double books clients, charges different prices according to what she thinks she can get way with and lets her customers down at the last minute. Personally I would never book with her again and wont recommend her either. She needs a crash course in customer service and basic manners. Arranging appointments, only for customer to show up and then be cancelled on, is never a good look for any business owner, so I dont know why she thinks that kind of service is acceptable.

1 /5 Carmel Doran: This salon charges one price for regulars and a higher price to walk in strangers. This is totally unacceptable in todays WORLD. A basic wash and blow dry way over priced and and was so bad... Shocking tbh. My daughter had her nails done, left with bleeding fingers.. Staff comment was... She shouldnt bite her fingers.. She doesnt!!! I would highly recommend steering well clear of this establishment.

1 /5 Swati Patel: Got my eyebrows done 3 times consecutively. The first two times were amazing and she brought an amazing shape. The third time she ruined it and said there is a natural gap. How the natural gap didnt appear the first two times! Moreover, after shaping, I can still see the extras around. I showed a little disappointment but paid the full amount. Wasnt even rude to her. But she will never see me again for sure.
