1 /5 Zaynab Alghrich: I’m really disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in for a wash, cut, and blow-dry, but unfortunately I didn’t leave happy. The water wasn’t working, so my hair had to be washed using kettles — I completely understood that part, but things went downhill from there. When it came to the blow-dry, she didn’t even blow dry each section properly. All she did was brush my hair and pass over it with the dryer, without any real technique. She left my roots curly, frizzy, and my hair looking puffy overall (and my hair is very thin). I’m not even sure the haircut itself was done properly. Considering all the positive reviews, I was honestly shocked. I left feeling sad and ended up having to blow-dry my hair again myself at home. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

5 /5 Vijaya Lakshmi: Had a great experience at this salon. Aghela was very friendly, listened carefully to what I wanted, and adjusted everything perfectly to suit my needs. She was lovely throughout the whole appointment and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!

1 /5 Kateřina Masárová: I bookee via Treatwell, paid just to come to salon to find out that the lady is not there and no one can refund me my money. Lady who was there does only hair and has small knowledge of english and was not able to resolve the problem wven though its her salon. Treatwell won’t refund the money as there is cancellation policy 24 hours before! But no one carr that this is mistake on the salon part.
