Martha Chapman I have had 2 facials with Neringa and will be back for more. This was unlike any facial I’ve had before and all the better for it. Neringa’s bespoke approach means that your skin gets what it needs each time you see her. It doesn’t feel like she uses loads of products which I really like, but the winners for me are the facial massage and red light therapy. They both leave my skin feeling amazing but also my body and mind feel so calm Each session feels like a real moment of self care.

Kirstie Ababio Auntie Ronny always does an amazing job on my hair. She always does my hair neatly and makes me feel comfortable whenever she does my hair. Whatever hairstyle I show her, Auntie Ronny will know how to do it and will do it 10 times better than the picture I have shown her. She never disappoints and always does my hair just how I want it. Everyone at the shop is always friendly and welcoming.

Renée CS Nhi did a fantastic job with my nails. I gave her a general sense of the look and vibe that I wanted and let her get creative. She added some really cool designs and placed glitter in optimal places to make my nails really POP! Im obsessed with them now, theyre so much fun to look at. If I lived here, I would definitely come in monthly. Thanks for the lovely nails!

S Beaus Been going here for years but enough is enough the woman there should not be allowed to work there she man handles you slaps hand and moans if you don’t have hand how she wants it really hurts with electric file as going far to fast and not concentrating, there standards of hygiene are appalling they laugh at customers in there language as they think we don’t realise that is what they are doing . Should be a nice relaxing experience instead I’m sitting on edge of seat waiting for the pain . Don’t recommend this place find a nice friendly one instead that’s what I’m going to do.

Saveljeva Larisa (LaraTheOnigiri) Had a wash and cut. Saw a different stylist from my usual. Very nice wash and the stylist cared a lot about my hair, it came from a good place but sometimes I felt criticised about its condition. I like the style more after washing at home and using a curling iron. I think when it grows out a little bit (to be honest I did ask for short cut) it will continue to look even better. Also the price has gone up because of inflation but they gave me a discount anyway

Nicky Smith This was my first time visiting the Spa today and Anita did a fantastic job. She was very friendly and cared a lot about the treatments, especially the pedicure and really wanted to ensure that I felt my best when I left! Thank you for a relaxing morning! See you next time, Nicky
