Theresa Offwood-le Roux I started with Noemi at Yummy Pilates when I was 16 weeks pregnant and I enjoyed the prenatal Pilates until the birth of my daughter, it helped me stay at least a little active towards the end of my pregnancy. Now I am currently enjoying the Mommy and Baby Pilates. Its nice to get out the house and be able to do some exercise with my daughter in tow. Noemi is a wonderful teacher and her Pilates philosophy match mine. She is wonderful with my baby, giving me the ability to get some exercises done. I would highly recommend her classes to all!

Adam Diamant Ive been a member at various different clubs and I can honestly say that this is by far the friendliest club ive been to. The facilities for Squash and Tennis are both very good, there is a real togetherness at the club. They have a nice bar area and show lots of football games too. Its well run and a good place to go. Id highly recommend it for Tennis and Squash enthusiasts. It also has a gym and a swimming pool that you can use occasionally over the summer months,

Neil Whitaker I’ve been attending classes with Tansy at Turning Tides for about 2 years now. Tansy runs a highly professional and forward thinking business, which Uckfield is lucky to have. Tansy is an excellent Pilates instructor, extremely personable and incredibly knowledgeable. She is not one to rest on her laurels either! Tansy has an incredible appetite for learning and will soon be introducing yoga classes, having recently qualified as a yoga instructor. I can’t recommend Turning Tides highly enough and Tansy is a credit to her profession.

Rebecca Seaton George at the Brighton centre has been amazing. A thorough walk through and tour, excellent attention to detail, and every question answered. Clearly knows the club well.
