I went back when I was pregnant with my second and now I go to the post natal Pilates which helps me cope with the aches and pains of carrying a baby around and breastfeeding. Not to mention helping me to tone and lose the baby weight. Noemi is calm, friendly, and always adapts the class for the different levels in the room.
