I came in with short hair that had a lot of damage, strong red undertones, and brown roots grown out, so I knew my hair would be a challenge. The stylist took the time to really assess my hair, explain the process, and make sure my expectations were realistic. I felt listened to and cared for the entire appointment. The results were better than I could have imagined my hair looks healthier, more even in color, and beautifully styled.
