5 /5 InLux design: From the moment I arrived I felt relaxed. This really is an undiscovered gem, a tranquil oasis hidden away from the high street. Upon entering the courtyard you feel as though you have stepped into a hotel spa. Satya was very friendly and did a thorough consultation. I was very impressed with the levels she had gone to to adhere to the current pandemic but still managed to make the place feel relaxing.
The facial was another level. I have been having facials for many years but this really was another level. Satya did not do the usual sales pitch that so many do, instead I found myself asking about which products she would recommend.
The room was huge, warm, clean, modern and peaceful. I fell asleep several times during the facial whilst Satya worked her magic. Thank you Satya. I will be back.
