Cindy Aspland I started learning yoga with Lee over 6 years ago, when I was a complete yoga novice. I was over 50 and originally worried that I might feel out of place and not be able to get into the yoga poses. But Lee made me feel welcome from day 1 and helped me see that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or flexibility. He worked with me gradually showing me alternatives until I became a little more flexible. Lee is incredibly patient and knowledgeable, but I like that his classes have a sense of fun so it never seems like hard work. He has the ability to get the best out of beginners and the more advanced alike. I am amazed (and proud of myself) at how far I have progressed, and that is in no small part thanks to Lees encouragement and commitment to helping me get the most from my practice. I practise yoga with Lee both in class and via zoom, and get something positive out of every class. Yoga is now a part of my life - and demonstrably better for it, both physically and mentally.

laura brooker Went to a women’s only boxing class and absolutely loved it. Atmosphere was welcoming and fun, open to all abilities and just generally felt like a really safe space. Coach was lovely and the gym equipment was good as well.
